1. General provisions
    2. These Regulations for the provision of services by electronic means ("Regulations") define the rules for the provision of services by electronic means through the website.
    3. In particular, these Regulations define:

- the conditions for providing services electronically;
- the conditions for entering into and terminating agreements for the provision of services by electronic means;
- the mode of complaint procedure.

    5. Conditions for providing the Services
- The Service Provider shall provide Services electronically, in accordance with the principles set forth in these Regulations.

    9. The Service Provider reserves the right to interrupt and disrupt the operation of the Site, to introduce territorial or age restrictions on access, as well as to close the Site without prior notice.
    10. The Service Provider reserves the right to block access to the Account for security reasons until the situation is clarified. The blocking referred to above may concern, in particular, the situation of repeated unsuccessful logins, use of the Account to provide unlawful content or a reasonable suspicion of access to the Account by an unauthorized person.
    11. The Service Provider is not responsible for the actions of Users and third parties in terms of violating the law on the Website by publishing content or profiles of Users. Full and personal responsibility in this regard is borne by the User.
